Approximately 30% of Sandexing company's castings are used by the design engineering and new product development department of large corporation to prove and test new design before beginning production. SDX's process offers the design rapid die casting delivery (3-7weeks), low tooling costs, and the ability to rapidly accommodate changes at little additional cost. These precision castings are designed to simulate a high production die casting and thereby permit the engineer to test design integrity prior to committing for permanent production tooling.

Also, SDX's castings are used in production castings when the application calls for a high precision casting with low or high volume.

History:

1. Founded in 2012, Ningbo Beilun Chengrui Mold Co., Ltd;

2. Got ISO certification ISO9001: 2015 in year 2016;

3. Moved to new factory in year 2019 and changed company name as Ningbo Beilun Sandexing Mould Co., Ltd.
